You can do whatever you want as to juice or water. Find what works for you. I like veggie juice in the morning, melon juice in the afternoon and herbal teas at night.

- Tom Coghill: Hi Ovi The juices are not the healer it is catabolsim, the self cleaning of the body. The juices just support the process. You can have any juice. A veggie mix is good and then a melon mix. It is all simple it just takes time to heal. You need about 30 days.
