Hi Tom, I am so gratefull for the book on fasting and I trusting the Lord to get through the fasting period.
I was trying to summon up courage when I was hit this week with the phylum from my lungs and sinus…this has been a running battle and I am trusting God for a healing breakthrough.This syptoms are controlled with very strong antobiotic like Moxifloxacin and Seretid inhaler. I am tired of the antibiotic side effect and i need your help to get me through this fast.
I am starting on fruit fsat and alternate with water because on my previou health history. See below the summary
(The word of the Doctors are: Bronchiatesis with Asthma trace, Sinusitis, Rheumatiod factor,Ulcer in the past,wrongly treated for TB in the past gving a big blow on my lungs from prolonged TB drungs and injection like procain penicillin etc,postive to ANA(anti nucleur antibodies),arthritis,hypoglacema. I have lost count of diagnosis.
Tom, would be kind enough to kind me through the kind of juice that would be of benefit to me?
However,I had pineaple and orange juice for dinner and hope to repeat the same in the morning.

Asthma and bronchial infections are almost always cured with juice fasting over 20 days. The cure is permanent. You are in Africa so I am not sure of what to recommend. Generally the body does the work and the juices help the body do its work. Sayote is great but you may not have it there. Any fruit and veggie mix will work. I will try to call.

I am on my 4th day of juice fast, I take a glass of juice in the mroning(Pineapple,orange or apple), take water OR herbal tea a combination(cinnamon,orange peel,cloves,blackberry leaf.Allspice,fennel,Ginger,Cardamom,Aloe Blossoms,Gymnema Slyvestre,Chamomile).
Then Fruits juice in the evening(Pineaplle, carrot and orange), Atimes I add cucumber.

The juices are not the healer it is catabolsim, the self cleaning of the body. The juices just support the process.
You can have any juice. A veggie mix is good and then a melon mix. It is all simple it just takes time to heal. You need about 30 days.

I just fell off the wagon of my detox onmy 12th day, I feel so bad. I am hoping to start again but thinking of giving rest interval OR Can I start almost immediately?????

I just heard an uncle died of Prostate cancer and I am more resolved to fight this battle of detox. I am start from where I fell off and I pray Gods help to get through.
My prayer life and Bible study was difficult when i thought it would have been easy.
