You are doing a great job.I m currently on 9th day of my water fasting.. my goal is to accomplish 30 days of water fast,, but today i somhow broke my fast in a party as i had to eat. I m feeling very much guilty for eating and unable to take my mind off it.. now that i have ate does that mean i have to start again from day one.. does the past 8 days go off count..?? I have battled my health for the past 34 years on drugs, I am like a walking chemist.
